it is a hdr-i setings :
first you create 2 spheres(light domes) and apply them with hdr-i one for the light and one for the visualisation then you create new compositing tags on the spheres,settings for the global light in compositting tag manager are: uncheck all xept seen by GL box,and for the visualisation compos.tag settings are : uncheck all xept seen by camera and seen by rays boxes.
Now render settings atributes: turn of the auto light checker box,RADIOSITY: standard,strenght 100%,accyracy 80%,prepass size 1/1,diffuze depth 1,stochastic samples 350,min resolution around 50,max reso. around 250.
that's abouth it play around with these settings and i'm shure that you are abouth to get some realy nice renders.GOOD LUCK !!!
